Are you ready for a kick-butt cardio and circuit workout? This stairmaster workout will leave you sweaty and ready to conqeur the world. Paired with the circuit workout and VIOLĂ€… you have a killer strength and cardio workout.

I completed this workout on Thursday and WOW was I tired! Get ready for a good sweat that leaves you feeling very accomplished!

You can pair these two workouts for a longer workout, or do each as their own workout! Both are equally as effective. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!

Items you need: StairMaster machine and two dumbbells. Grab your favorite playlist and you are all set!

The stairmaster workout incorporates various level intensities that allow for maximum calorie/fat burn! This workout is easily modifiable by decreasing the duration of the workout or decreasing the level!

STAIRMASTER WORKOUT (30 MINUTES):

Again, listen to your body! What works for me, may not work for you.

The circuit workout is designed to be accomplished anywhere. All you need is two dumbbells and floor space to complete this workout! If you do not have dumbbells available, grab household items as a ‘makeshift’ weight, or do it without any weight!
