At this point in the week, I think it is extremely important to touch on the concept of MOTIVATION vs. DISCIPLINE. I feel as if we focus solely on motivation and waiting until we are motivated to accomplish something. However, that should not be the case. I can be the first to say there are A TON of days where I want to stay in bed all day and not move or workout. But I know that working out is something my body enjoys and needs. If I were to only focus on motivation, I would not accomplish the tasks that I need to get done. Instead, focus on staying disciplined. Realize WHY you should workout, eat healthy, or accomplish something on your to-do list.

Balance Sweat & Cheers: AMRAP WORKOUT-

AMRAP stands for ‘as many rounds as possible.’ Start your timer and complete each movement and complete the circuit as many times as you can in 20 minutes. This workout is intended to have high intensity for the full 20 minutes, leaving little room for rest.

Aim to complete 3-4 rounds in the 20 minutes.
