With everyone’s crazy busy schedule, I think it is necessary to slow down for at least five minutes and reflect on your intentions for the day. I also think it is important to incorporate time into your day to do something that brings you joy. Being involved in a lot of things and activities is a great thing, but make sure to take time to yourself to slow down and enjoy life. I know that is easier said than done.

With a crazy schedule there is nothing better than easy grab and go snacks. However, I often find it hard to find healthy options and I’m sure that I am not the only one, so I thought I would share some of my favorites with YOU! Seven healthy grab and go snacks:

1. Health Warrior Bars

Seriously one of my go-to’s. Packed with chia seeds and 100 calories per bar, perfect am I right?

3. Peeled Snacks Dried Fruit

Nothing added. Organic dried fruit. Dried fruit is one of my favorite snacks. Dried mango slices are SO GOOD. Sadly, it’s often hard to find dried fruit without a lot of added sugar, until Peeled Snacks!

4.  Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP Kettle Corn

I cannot even begin to explain to you how amazing BOOMCHICKAPOP is. One of my favorite treats (hard to call it a treat when it’s healthy) is their kettle corn. Mmmmm can I please have a bowl (or 3) right now?

Perfect (ha hence “Perfect Bar”) for a snack, pre-workout snack, meal replacement, or anything! Packed with protein and seriously tastes like you are eating a dessert.
